Mobility systems designed around who will use them
RÁFAGA Mobility works with three types of clients, and for each one the entire model changes: the revenue source, the service level, the applicable regulation, even the type of vehicle. These are the three paths.
Three paths, one starting point
What doesn't change between the three cases
Whether it's a municipality, a private development or a commercial operator, the project always starts in the same place: a mobility pattern study of the actual area. Without that data, any decision about fleet, stations or budget is a bet.
What changes after that is everything else: who pays, what regulation applies, what service level is committed to, and who operates the system the following year.
Frequently asked questions by client type
Does the same system work for a municipality and a private development?
The technical system can be very similar, but the business model, service level and regulatory framework are different. A private development operates on its own roadway and is funded by a maintenance fee; a municipality operates on public roadway, with permits and public budget or fare revenue.
Which of the three cases launches fastest?
Usually the residential development, because it doesn't depend on public-roadway permits or council timelines.
