Who is my point of contact during the project?
The implementation coordinator is the single point of contact during execution. After launch, continuity is handled by the operations director.
Is the team on-site during launch?
Yes. On-site presence during the first weeks of operation is part of the support scope, because that's when the adjustments no projection anticipates show up.
