Who we are
The strategic ally for transforming the urban environment
RÁFAGA Mobility is a Mexican company specializing in the development, implementation and optimization of advanced micro-mobility solutions and sustainable urban transport infrastructure. We deliver turnkey projects for municipalities, complex residential developments and private operators.
What "turnkey" means in urban mobility
The usual way of buying a micro-mobility system splits the problem across several vendors: one sells the vehicles, another the software, another does the civil work. The client is left with the job of integrating them and the risk that no one takes ownership when something doesn't fit.
RÁFAGA delivers the complete system under a single contract: the study that sizes it, the design of the business and operating model, the physical and digital infrastructure, commissioning and training for the team that will operate it.
We work hand in hand with global technology partners to guarantee maximum operational productivity and rigorous quality control on every project. The result is a connectivity ecosystem that's robust, clean, profitable and ready to operate.

What we believe
Proof first, promise second
Deployed systems and their measured results make the case. See the projects in operation.
One point of responsibility, end to end
Consulting, hardware, software and operation are sold and delivered as a single relationship.
Local execution, global technology
Credibility comes from delivering in Mexico and Latin America with the technology of the international consortium.
Reducing the decision-maker's risk
Municipalities, developers and operators weigh continuity and risk just as much as features.
